RHOYSKIN Demo, kullanıcıların eğlenmesi için hazırlanmış, tamamen sanal bir demo sitesidir. Gerçek para, ödeme, ödül veya skin transferi yoktur. Bu metin, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamında hazırlanmıştır.

2. Hangi verileri işliyoruz?
- Hesap/üyelik yoktur. Kayıt, giriş, e-posta, telefon, kart veya Steam bilgisi istenmez.
- Tarayıcınızda saklanan veriler (localStorage): sanal bakiye, sanal envanter, profil adı ve görünümü, seviye/görev ilerlemesi, ses ve ayar tercihleri. Bu veriler sunucumuza gönderilmez, yalnızca cihazınızda durur. Tarayıcı verilerini temizlediğinizde silinir.
- Sunucu erişim kayıtları: Siteyi barındıran altyapı sağlayıcı, güvenlik ve işleyiş için IP adresi, tarayıcı türü, tarih/saat ve istenen sayfa gibi standart kayıtları tutabilir.
- Reklam, takip veya analiz çerezi kullanmıyoruz.
3. Üçüncü taraf kaynaklar
Sayfa; skin verisi, görseller ve fiyat bilgisi için üçüncü taraf sunuculara (ör. cdn.jsdelivr.net, GitHub, cdn.source.gs, Steam/Akamai içerik sunucuları, skins.ai) doğrudan bağlanır. Bu bağlantılarda tarayıcınızın IP adresi ve tarayıcı bilgisi ilgili sunuculara görünür; bu sağlayıcıların kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir.
4. İşleme amacı ve hukuki sebep
Siteyi çalıştırmak, güvenliğini sağlamak ve demo deneyimini sunmak (KVKK m.5/2-f meşru menfaat). Kişisel verileriniz satılmaz, pazarlama amacıyla paylaşılmaz.
5. Saklama süresi
Tarayıcı verileri siz silene kadar cihazınızda kalır. Sunucu kayıtları barındırma sağlayıcısının politikasına göre sınırlı süre tutulur.
6. Haklarınız (KVKK m.11)
Verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltme/silme isteme ve zarara uğramanız halinde tazminat talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Başvuru için: [email protected]
7. Yaş sınırı
Site gerçek para içermez; ancak kasa açma, yükseltme ve benzeri şans temelli oyun mekanikleri içerir. Bu nedenle 18 yaş altındaki kişilere yönelik değildir.
8. Marka bildirimi
Bağımsız bir demo/eğlence projesidir; Valve Corporation, Steam veya Counter-Strike ile bağlantılı, onaylı ya da sponsorlu değildir. Tüm marka, skin adı ve görseller ilgili sahiplerine aittir.

RHOYSKIN Demo is a fully virtual demo site created for entertainment. There is no real money, payment, prize or skin transfer. This notice has been prepared under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

2. What data do we process?
- No accounts or memberships. We do not ask for registration, login, e-mail, phone, card or Steam details.
- Data stored in your browser (localStorage): virtual balance, virtual inventory, profile name and appearance, level/quest progress, sound and settings preferences. This data is not sent to our servers; it stays on your device and is deleted when you clear your browser data.
- Server access logs: the hosting provider may keep standard logs such as IP address, browser type, date/time and requested page for security and operation.
- We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.
3. Third-party resources
The page connects directly to third-party servers (e.g. cdn.jsdelivr.net, GitHub, cdn.source.gs, Steam/Akamai content servers, skins.ai) for skin data, images and price information. In these connections your browser's IP address and browser information are visible to those servers; the providers' own privacy policies apply.
4. Purpose and legal basis
Operating the site, keeping it secure and providing the demo experience (KVKK Art. 5/2-f, legitimate interest). Your personal data is not sold and is not shared for marketing purposes.
5. Retention period
Browser data remains on your device until you delete it. Server logs are kept for a limited period according to the hosting provider's policy.
6. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to request correction or deletion, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage. To apply: [email protected]
7. Age limit
The site contains no real money, but it does include chance-based game mechanics such as case opening and upgrades. It is therefore not intended for persons under 18.
8. Trademark notice
This is an independent demo/entertainment project; it is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Valve Corporation, Steam or Counter-Strike. All trademarks, skin names and images belong to their respective owners.
